If you need to cancel a myVEGAS Reward, instead of filing a support request on their site, you can now do it in the myVEGAS game on Facebook. It is really easy. Click the ‘My Purchases” button in the Rewards window. Click the ‘Redemption Pending’ icon and then select the Reward you want to cancel. Under the Redemption Code will be clickable text that says ‘Cancel Reward’.
When you click ‘Cancel Reward’, a window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to cancel the Reward. Click Cancel Reward to cancel it. Click Keep Reward if you don’t want to cancel it.
You will notice that you can only cancel 5 Rewards in a 30 day period. That shouldn’t be an issue for anyone, but it is something to be aware of.

Do you know why the my vegas mobile android app has been down for months now?
I don’t know why it isn’t in the Play store anymore, but I hope to have an answer soon. The app itself still works as long as it is on your phone or tablet. I played it on my Android phone yesterday.
