Gold & Silver Pawn, the Pawn Stars pawn shop, will be closed August 25-30 for renovations. They have already done a few renovations and expansions due to the success of the show. They have not announced the details of the latest renovations, but it must be extensive if it is going to close the shop for a week.

The guys at Gold & Silver Pawn are taking the next step with all of the fame and publicity from the History Channel’s Pawn Stars show. They already dedicate a large amount of floorspace for Pawn Stars branded merchandise. Now they will be doing autograph sessions. This is still in the formative stages, so there aren’t many specifics other than the sessions will take place once per day, when the filming schedule allows. Currently, the plan is for sessions to take place Monday though Friday on:

April 22 – May 24
June 3 – June 28

Pawn Stars Tour
Just a few days after my post about how to get to Gold & Silver Pawn via the bus, OnBoard Sightseeing Tours announced the Pawn Stars Tour.
It is a 4 hour tour with stops at Gold & Silver Pawn, The Toy Shack, Rick’s Restorations and Count’s Kustoms. It is very expensive ($69.99 for adults, $59.99 for kids).
Hopefully the price will come down to something a bit more reasonable soon.
