The Cosmopolitan is all about dining and nightlife. That shouldn’t be a surprise. They are making that even more of a focus with their Social Hour promotion.  Each of the restaurants on the 3rd level is running a happy hour Monday thru Thursday. Comme Ca is doing a nightly happy hour.  Here are the basic details as well as some of my favorite options.

Blue Ribbon Bar & Grill (Monday – Thursday from 5:30p – 7:00p)
$7 happy hour featuring Yellowtail Scallion Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls and $7 Hitachino beer.

Comme Ca (Nightly from 5:00p-10:00p)
Featuring $6 Grilled beef tongue, $13 Comme Ca burger (that’s $5 off) and half price specialty cocktails.  They also have Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA on tap for the beer connoisseur.

D.O.C.G. (Monday – Thursday from 5:30p – 7:00p)
$7 small plates and cocktails, featuring crispy pork belly and the Roman Goddess (made with St. Germain, Hendrick’s Gin, lemon and mint)

Estiatorio Milos (Monday – Thursday from 5:30p – 7:00p)
Featuring $5.50 lamb souvlaki sticks, $5 mini gyros and $6 Mythos Greek Lager.  The meze are available at the bar all day, but if you are there for lunch I’d suggest getting the lunch special.

Jaleo (Monday – Thursday from 4:00p – 7:00p)
Featuring specialized Sherry flights and complimentary snacks. If you win big at the casino, you might want to try the 1905 flight, with 3 1905 Solera wines for $300.

Scarpetta (Monday – Thursday from 5:30p – 7:00p)
$7 small plates and cocktails, featuring Short rib & bone marrow Agnolotti and the Billionaire (made with Knob Creek “Scarpetta Barrel”, pomegranate, Pernod, absinthe & lemon)

STK (Monday – Thursday from 5:30p – 7:00p)
Featuring $10 lil BGR waygu and truffle sliders (I don’t think I can adequately convey how much I like these), $5 Heineken Light and $8 Belvedere cocktails

It pays to shop around a little depending upon what you want. For example, Comme Ca has $4 PBR, while STK is charging $5 for it.
