Riviera Rewards is the players club for the Riviera. It is a tiered system, similar to other players clubs like Mlife and Total Rewards. Points are used to track comps and tier status. $2 slot coin-in gives you 1 Point. $4 video poker and keno coin-in gives you 1 Point.
Riviera Rewards has 3 tiers; Player, Gold and Platinum.
The base level is Player. There are no real benefits at this level. It is just a way to track your play and let you earn comps and freeplay. At the base level you earn 0.5 cents in freeplay per Point.
The Gold Level requires 25,000 Points ($50,000 slot machine coin-in) and gives you:
- A Host
- VIP check-in and VIP Service Center access
- Special Gold member offers
- 3x freeplay earning rate. Instead of earning 0.5 cents in freeplay per Point, Gold members earn 1.5 cents per Point.
- 10% discount at participation stores
- Free suite upgrades
- Late check out
- Exclusive Riviera entertainment invitations
