The Las Vegas Restaurant Week starts today. It runs August 22 -28. The special Restaurant Week menus are 3-course prix fixe menus with prices of:
Lunch: $20.12 or $30.14
Dinner: $30.14, $40.14 or $50.14
For each Restaurant Week meal purchased, the restaurant donates $4-$6 to the ThreeSquare food bank.
Each year more Strip restaurants join the list. 151 Restaurants are participating this year. A few notable participants are the Foundation Room (dinner for $50.14), Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak (dinner for $50.14) and Jaleo (lunch for $30.14)
Here are a few of my suggestions.
- Culinary Dropout (at the Hard Rock). Lunch with Yesterday’s Soup, Turkey Pastrami sandwich & Salted Caramel Custard for $20.14 ($4 donation level)
- Nine Fine Irishmen (at New York – New York). Dinner of Harp Steamed Mussels, Fish & Chips, and Baked Apple Tart for $30.14 ($4 donation level)
- Estiatorio Milos (at the Cosmopolitan). Dinner of Salmon Tartare, Grilled Mediterranean Octopus (*special 2nd course), Grilled Sea Bass and Baklava for $50.14 ($6 donation level)
