The Hard Rock’s Backstage Pass players club has quietly made a few changes to its program.  They have lowered the requirements to attain higher tiers and now have a guaranteed discount on room rates for all members, but they have cut the value of comp points in half and taken away perks like complimentary bottle service and concert tickets for the higher tiers.
