When you check in to any Caesars Entertainment property in Las Vegas, you will get a coupon sheet. The sheet has 2 coupons for every Caesars Entertainment property in Las Vegas EXCEPT the property you are staying at. At first, this seems a little odd, but it is just a ploy to get you to visit their other properties.
The coupons are predominantly dining and entertainment oriented with a few gambling coupons thrown in. A few that are fairly consistent are the Donn Arden’s Jubilee and Eiffel Tower 2-for-1’s and the various buffet discounts. The current sheet includes $10 in Reel Rewards (Free slot play) at the Rio, $5 in Reel Rewards at The Quad and a $10 table game Match Play at Bally’s. They added a free pass to Voodoo Nightclub at the Rio.

Coupons tend to be good for 2 month blocks. These are good for November 1, 2013 through December 29, 2013.

You should get them at Caesars Palace, too. The last time I was there (which was a while ago) Caesars provided them in a booklet which also contained coupons for coupon books at the Forum Shops and Miracle Mile.
It has been a while since I’ve stayed at Caesars, so I will try to verify that they still do that.

I just talked to a rep at Caesars’ front desk and she confirmed that they give out the same style of coupon sheet with discounts for Ceasars’ sister properties.
It should be included in the little room key folder when you check in.
