Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall, which is owned by Caesars Entertainment, will be closing on February 4, 2013. The plans are for it to be remodeled and then re-open in early 2014.  The intent is to change it from a budget friendly, low-roller joint into an upscale boutique hotel with a rooftop pool and club.  When completed, the new hotel and casino will be part of the Total Rewards players club.
