The W Las Vegas coming to SLS

The W Hotel brand is opening in Las Vegas in December. The W Las Vegas will be taking over the former Lux Tower at SLS Las Vegas. Like the other hotel within a hotel options, The W will have its own lobby and check-in area.

The W is part of the Starwood Prefered Guest program, which is now linked with Marriott Rewards and the Ritz Carlton Rewards, allowing you to earn, use and transfer points between your linked accounts.

Many myVEGAS Room Rewards Calendars updated through June 2017

Many of the myVEGAS Room Rewards Calendars have been updated with dates through June 2017.  The new calendars are on my myVEGAS  Room Rewards Calendars page.

There are also some special November and December 2-night Rewards available.
A few examples are the MGM Grand  Two December Comp Nights Reward for 95,000LPs and good for Dec 12-15 and 18-28;
the Monte Carlo Two Comp Nights in November & December Reward for 60,000LPs and good for  Nov 14-17, 27-30, and Dec 1, 4-8, and 11-26;
and the Luxor  Two Comp Nights in November & December Reward for very economical 36,000LPs and good for  Nov 14-17, 20-23, 27-30, and Dec  11-22.

 

Bellagio Fountain Schedule Update – November 2016

The Bellagio Fountain song schedule has been updated.   It is a bit of a departure from the previous song order. They have also added 2 more songs each day since they are running every 15 minutes starting at 7:00pm now (instead of 8:00pm). You can see the full schedule  in my  Bellagio Fountain Show song list and schedule, which will always have the most recent schedule I have available.

New rideRTC Mobile App

The RTC’s official smartphone app, rideRTC  is now available. It allows you to  plan your trip, find a bus  and buy  transit passes, all on your smartphone.
You can buy passes ahead of time and then activate them when you need them (similar to the way Monorail passes work). For full details, visit the RTC’s  mobile app page.
